  • Urgent Help Needed!!!!

    Ok, been sewing all morning doing towels and now I switched over to my WACF to do some visors and my needle case wont move left or right...

    I see an error message below that says Unknown error 1536 ProcessedMachineError received from Machine...

    Help I need to get this out today....

    I also just got a Color change stepper error.....Grrr!

      I would double check to make sure the cap frame is on right, then turn everything off and on (computer and machine), then resend the design and try starting it again. If it still won't do it then I don't know. I had a color change seek error this morning but it worked itself out by reseting the design and starting again.

        I always select the cap driver and center it to the machine BEFORE I install the cap driver on the machine. I have had times that when the machine is trying to center a hoop, if it is the cap driver, and the movements are too great, an axis error may result.

        But as Kerrminator suggested, check to see if the driver is installed properly, and that there is no binding present anywhere....

          Hey everyone thanks for trying to help however I ended up calling tech support. That has changed as now before you talk to a tech and your machine isn't under warranty you have to key in a credit card number before anyone will talk to you...

          They had me up and running in under 15 minutes though..It ended up somehow my machine decided it wanted to grow up and become an XT model and not the Big Red model anymore. Once we got that all set I was off and running. How wierd was that?
