Bobbin Not Grabbing

HELP PLEASE

We are having one heck of a time with one of our machines were the bobbin is not grabbing and we keep getting thread break with in the first 10 stiches.
We tried new cases and reseting the machine
Ant Ideas?

We could also use a tech in northern Californian for a tune up
