Larger Hoop for Amya

Hi can anyone help me I am trying to use the large hoop 530 x 400 when I ask it to trace the machine keeps comming up with a tracking error although the design fits. Have centred hoop and design before loading design on machine and all looks good until I try to embroider, would love some advice thanks liz

The tracking error doesn't have anything to do with the hoop size. You would get a hoop limit error. Try cycling the e-stop button, and centering the hoop. If that doesn't work, reboot the machine.

I have had a couple of tracking error messages lately after changing the arm position (in or out for larger/smaller hoops) and not centering after dis-engaging the e-stop. Cycling the e-stop has allowed me to continue with no problem.
