  • Help! Rotary hook area is loose and spinning.

My Amaya XT ate a hoodie tonight and now the whole area where bobbin case goes into is spinning. Can anyone advise what to do? Thank you.

Sounds like the rotary hook support has been moved.
This is secured on the right side of the bobbin area with 2 small allen screws.
This should be adjusted so as the inner case of rotary hook does not move.
In your tools, you should have a gauge which you can set the distance with.
Further information can be found on your AMAYA technical and parts manual CD by searching for "Hook to Rotary Support Gap"
