Color change stepper index error off

Has anyone encounterd a "Color change stepper index error off index while sewing" error? We are also trying to find the complete error messages through Amaya with no luck. Any help would be appreciated.

yes, everyone runs into that! It's an easy fix-but my wife handles it-not me! And she's not here.
Do a 'search' (top of the page here) for 'color step index' and the instructions should pop up-it comes up here every couple months.
