Any help will be appreciated...About 3 months ago our computer that runs the Amaya crashed...we had to install the softwear on a new computer...the computer was not a new one but one of our older ones...it was newer than the old one the machine was hooked up to at first... my question is this...this didn't happen when we first began using this computer but has happened to us twice including this afternoon when we went in to do a job for a customer...when we turned on the computer and then loaded Amaya and then turned on the machine this message came up...

Cluster 01 - Head 01- There has been a command timeout error while loading RSA program into the machine. Turn machine off and restart to correct error.

We only have this one machine which it states but we have had to cut the machine and computer off several times to get it to finally start and sew...is there something we can do next time to correct this problem from happening again
...not sure why this is happening and like I said it has only happened twice but each time it took us a while before it finally loaded correctly...
thanks for any help with this problem...have a great day and until next time...

Check the bindings on your card. If the protocols used to communicate with the internet are enabled they may be interfering with communications between AOS and the machine. Go into control panel and locate the network card that has the machines attached. In Vista it's inside the Network and Sharing Center. Click on the View status for the Local Area Connection, then Properties. If you have a dedicated card for Amaya all of the items in the "This connection uses the following items" box should be unchecked.

If you only have a single network card installed I would recommend you get a second installed and dedicate it to the Amaya network.

    I hope this helps.
