New sound

Yesterday I installed Design Shop for the first time and a new OS (7.00.047). I had OS 6.08.522. The machine is now making a different sound when the needle case moves. Does anyone have any idea why that would be? It sews perfectly.

Don't sweat it - i can remember when I upgraded that freaked me out a bit too - but it's just a change in the programming. Quite frankly, that's one of the cool things about the amaya - with a simple software upgrade, your hardware will now work better [img]smile.gif[/img]

Thanks! I have had the machine a little over a year and I am used to the sounds so this new sound got my attention first thing this morning.
