John was last to my place around December last year. I know he was taking classes so he might not be so easy to reach quickly.

Yes, John Cathers is still a tech AND a very good one at that. He was at my studio yesterday to perform my PCI for the extended warranty on my machines.

I had heard from him a month or so ago and then when I emailed him, the email bounced back. I sent another email this week and a reply from him today. Thanks!
