    Big Red - hats- cluster invalid

    Big Red is acting up. I'm sewing caps, the machine moves to start a new segment and STOPS, needle down and has an error message: Cluster invaid, master machine detached from system. I did one last evening and it stopped at the same place. Since I'm still just sewing a sample, until I can get a good one, I had to turn the machine off and back on and then find my place and go from there. I really can't be doing that on each hat. Any suggestions?

    When I get Master machine detached it usually has something to do with the cable that runs from the computer to the machine. Did you check the cable to make sure it plugged in good?

      I haven't, but I will. I'm just about ready to say "No Hats!" I hate doing hats, they never look as good as I think they should.
