What is the Y MOTOR TRACKING ERROR? I keep getting one and don't know why.

I also am receiving one. I've deleted the Jobs and Machine folder per tech support. My first job sews out fine, the next one I have to reboot the XT, and the O/S and reload the design before the next design will sew... and when it's done, repeat the procedure again. I do have force download on. The garment is NOT binding the arm either and is also not heavy.

John (from Delaware) thank you for your call, It was the hoop out command under the O/S settings menu. I turned that off and now everything works fine. Thank you again for your time.
