Are you referring to Kevin? He's been my tech from the beginning (2002) with the exception of a few years when Melco stole him and he moved to Denver. I don't think there's anything he can't handle. He always leaves only after he gets a good sewout. Has Kevin looked at it? Why do you say you've had nothing but bad luck? Is your machine under warranty? He won't fix it for free (he does have a family to provide for) but he is good and thorough. He knows his stuff.
