Amaya xt machine partially is turning on

Machine will partially come on. The green light shows that it is on from the back of the machine. The red laser light also is on but the machine will not cycle on. Switched the plug also plugged the unit into another power source. This happen once before but it finally cycled on 20 mn latter. The fan also is kicking on but the machine will not cycle on. I have been dealing with this problem for 4hrs and I have to finish a big job. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also feel free to call me as well 816-588-1343
