Technician needed

Hello again all,

Does anyone know where or who we can call to get a Melco Tech. to our shop in the Northeast Ohio area? We are located in Painesvile, OH which is a suburb of Cleveland, OH about 20 miles east of the city. We are in a pickle because a very large order just arrived and we only have one of our two machines working. Thank you all for your time and help.
