A big shout-out for Melco technician John Hanson.
We had a problem with a needle bar that locked the machine. Of course it had to happen during this holiday weekend. John was quick to respond. He walked us through the repair by phone and with his help we got the machine back up to running within an hour.
Even if you think you have no mechanical skills at all, you may find that you are not hopeless when you have John on phone telling you what to do.
