I am currently searching for an Amaya OS tech for Big Red machines. We have 3 machines and two are down. The tech my company normally uses hasn't contacted us back and we are desperate to have it fixed. 1 machine has the needles and needle grabbers down ( out of place) and this is not something I can fix. I believe the second machine there is a timing issues and another issue (needle and grabber stay down). I have walked through all the steps in the manual online and am not able to fix them. We are located in Rhode Island and are looking for a tech in the area.

I know he does all of New England, and gets over to most of
New York because he's also trained on the older units.
Absolutely the greatest guy-had our redbaby up and running
and gave us some tricks and techniques, showed us how to make
adjustments, what to watch for when problems arise.
He's an independant-works for himself-but if you get the 'extended'
warranty through Melco he comes with the contract for a yearly
checkup!
