    Dear Vegas,
    I would try a large needle maybe a 10 or 11 sharp and see if the density is too dense. May a thicker underlay and less topstitching.

      They are sewing a design that has been created by Melco. We can consider this particular design to be digitized correctly. And also digitized for particular test reasons.

        Vegas,
        If you are sewing .35" lettering, make sure you are using very little underlay - like maybe a center walk and also make sure you are widening your column's width at least about 120%. Turn off "short stitches" if they are turned on and do not have your density less than 4.3 pts.
