Yearly maintenance by Tech Necessary?

Rod, and any other techs out there....could you tell me what kinds of things you might be doing on a routine yearly maintenance check of the Amaya XT machines that would be different than we would normally do according to the maintenance pop ups that we get? (and yes, I know we shouldn't wait for those pop ups We have been trying to get a tech in here at least once every year or year and a half to go through our machines. I know he mentioned lubricating places we don't normally get to, but if things are running okay, do we need to have a yearly checkup so to speak?

Maybe I'm the exception to the rule, but I have a 2004 Big Red and Rod has serviced the machine once in all the time I've had it.
