Power Failure, not able to adjust thread color

I had power failure today due to high winds in the area. Once I got my machine back on line, I am having some problems. When I go to change the needle thread color, the window will not adjust to the screen. It is too large. The bottom is below the screen and it will not let me move it. The apply button does not show up.
How do you adjust this?? I cannot do any embroidering and I am so frustrated and behind. I lost the whole day today because of the weather.

I have already rebooted my machine, did not help.
I reloaded my software, still did not help.

Have you tried grabbing the top of your window and dragging it over with the mouse? Also may try to grab edges and adjust window size.

Yes, I did try and try to resize and grab it. I think possibly a setting changed. Does anyone know what setting controls this window??? I need help please, THANK YOU!

Have you tried changing the screen resolution to something higher so the window fits on the screen?
