Machine Number

After I got a new computer, my machine number is now 000000. Can that mess things up?

Thanks for your note. I am getting a new computer on Tuesday of this week. Your note has peaked my curiosity. I too will be watching for a solution to this issue.

I suspect that the machine number and data associated with it are in a file on my old computer. I can actually access that computer as it is not dead yet, just getting really old. If someone can tell use what the name of that file is, I'll copy it over. Thanks
