Senior Moment Here Trouble loading design and alert messaged I don't understand

In starting up my Big Red today I am encountering two problems. Probably a Senior Moment but regardless I do need help.
Upon opening my OS I am getting this message "Ethernet communications did not start properly. Restart computer". I have checked all my cables and restarted multiple times. Additionally when I go to transfer a design to Big Red that option is not available to me.

Can anyone help please? Having a bad day

I recently had this issue. Follow these instructions to see if it helps:
In Amaya OS select
-->Tools
-->Ethernet
--->click "force download"
When this happened to me I had to change my ethernet card from the selected option; mine was trendnet. It took a few attempts to figure out which ethernet card was correct.
