grabber error

The frame crashed into the needles and now the grabber is stuck and needles are down.

it sounds like you did not close the clamp frame and you have popped the whole needle assembly off the machine.
You prob. will need to call in a tech.
As the front of your machine may need to be removed and reset.
and any damaged parts replaced.
