Where do I find the CPU number per machine?
Having issues with a color change error message coming up and the needle being off center suddenly. Fortunately, I am able to get it going again by going to the maintenence tab and selecting home under the color change. Happens on any design or garment type once a day or sometimes several times in a day. It now started on another machine out of the blue. Now I'm wondering if it's machine related at all. Contacted the Melco tech guys and they are asking for the cpu assy (assembly?) number. Where do I find this? Looked at all the help menu's for machine and tech manuals with no luck. Rod, Sharon, or anyone can you please help me on this? Thanks.
