bobbin thread coming through

I have bobbin thread coming up through the design but only on one needle. The others are working just fine. Why would this be happening, and how do I correct it?

could be the bobbin tension, but it seems like that would make it happen on all the needles. Maybe try raising your Pull Comp on whatever color in the design that needle is stitching or if it is a dark color you could always try black bobbins.

Since it's only on one needle, check to see if your thread path is ok. Sometimes I haven't noticed that the thread is caught around a neighboring take-up lever or missing a hole. I'd also try changing to another needle to determine if the problem is with the stitch or the needle.
