Can't load design from DS to OS

suddnely I am having problems trying to load a design from DS to a machine. Just began about 3 weeks ago. Thought it was a glitch, but now it has happened several times in the past week. I tried clearing out the jobs folder on the machines in the event they had a corrupt file. No help. Tried enabling and dis-abling the hardware acceleration in both OS and DS....still happening. Seems more prominant after editing a design. It doesn't seem to matter if the design was sent to DS from a machine or just opened in DS. Anyone have this happen?

Are you using Windows 8? If so you need to run as administrator in DS.

Not windows 8. Upgraded our video card awhile ago, wouldn't think that would need another upgrade if we haven't upgraded anything else, but..it's a computer! Could our switch be going bad? We have 4 machines hooked up.
