Need help with the timing of the rotary hook. Was sewing fine, out of nowhere made a noise. Stopped sewing. Tried adjusting the hook myself following the CD. Unsuccessful. If there is anyone near Central N.J., please respond.

Lori- where in central NJ are you located? I'm in Freehold. But John Y is right - John Cathers is the tech for the region. He is based in Newark, DE but has been to me several times. He does outstanding work.
