OS won't open

Dear List,
I have a cutomer who I trained on Design Shop last week-end. Everything was working fine when we left and she is just getting back to it tonight. She has tried to open OS and it won't. She has rebooted, taken off the designs she loaded from her collection and the dongles have not moved. Any suggestions?
