Bobbin thread showing at end of lettering

When trimming lettering the bobbin thread shows on top at the end of the letter. I have two Amaya XT's and only one is doing this, any suggestions?

Your bobbin problem is stemming from something simple like bobbin tension is too loose (swap bobbin cases in your two machines and see if the problem changes) or it could be something more complicated such as your thread feed system is not functioning correctly, or thread path is not correct, etc...
For most machines, when bobbin comes up to the top of the fabric, it's either bobbin is too loose or top thread tension is too tight. On the Amaya system your top thread tension is automatic (if it is working correctly) so this eliminates on of your options. Maybe you could simply tighten the bobbin tension or even just clean the bobbin case and this might solve your issues. Otherwise you might have to have some other things checked as well.

It is my educated guess that this is a trimming problem. Just ask me how I know! If you can;t pull the bobbin from the back, then use a matching pen and color it a bit. Or how about a matching bobbin thread?
