i have a Amaya XT --with the same settings on every needle,-Acti-feed (standard)-column feed 40, run/fill at 100, thickness 2, lower limit 2,----13 needles sew great, but 3 sew with loose threads. All needles tested on a 1inch x 1inch fill w/2 underlays--the 3 needles had red rollers and thread feeder roller cleaned and thread feeder gear inspected and cleaned. Speed 700---i am not sure what i am missing?

Have you checked "settings by color/settings by needle" to be certain those are not somehow interacting?

Have you changed out the red rollers and thread feed rollers for new ones?

Are your thread tubes firmly plugged in on both ends, from the thread holder to the head?

I hope you track it down. I know it can be infuriating!

Could also be needle depth on those need adjusting.

Also - check needle orientation and that they aren't in backwards.

Assume the thread feed rollers are in good shape - no grooves?

BTW, I never sew below 800 and most times at 1050-1150
