Upper V Rail

I am doing maintenance and the steps on the computer does not say to put oil, but in the book it shows a small picture with "oil here"
so my question is to oil or not to oil. Thanks!

you oil on the big red and you do not oil on the Xt's

I'd like to piggy back with another question and maybe sort of answer this one. The XT does not want the v-rail to be oiled, just wiped clean, but my 2004 Amaya maintenance steps include oiling the v-rail. (Same OS software running them both.) So now I have to ask... oil ol' Red's v-rail or not?
