Need some help!

Ok, took computer in to get fixed and got it back now. I started my OS then turned on my old smoky (non xt) and it is not loading into the software. I am trying to remember what I need to do for the OS to recognize it again and I cant remember can someone out in Amaya land help me, Please!

I tried to configure but it doesn't show a machine. I know my cable is good as I have been using it on my backup computer.

There is something about an initial set up. Have you done that?

Check your dongle?
Emergency stop button pushed in?
Using correct cable(s)?

Hi Ed!

Thanks for the thoughts but finally messed with it this morning and then called Melco and I think all Big Red needed is to hear Melco's voice on the other end and it decided to work...Amazing how that happens!

Aaron even called me and tried to help but to know avail did it want to work. Thanks Aaron!

Still room on the cruise for you only 2 balconies left and of course we have outside and inside cabins available as well.
