  • Machine does not boot up

Any one experience the AMAYA XT machine not booting up when it is turned on?

After I turn on the switch, the lights come on, it makes an attempt to start up, there is a short noise like it is booting then stops. After it stops the lights are on and the key pad light is red. And there is a beep every couple of seconds. Everything at that point is locked out on the machine.

I have tried to reload OS, Melco service had me change out the key pad last week...no luck.

    Any suggestions. Thanks....Delbert

Is it possible that your Emergency Stop button is still accidently pressed in? Try turning the E-Stop button clockwise and releasing it and waiting to see if this makes a difference.

That is the first thing Melco tech told me to do. The E-stop is not engaged and we actually pushed it and have released it many times to make sure. We are still waiting for our tech to give us a call and fix it.

      Thanks for the reply.
