  • HELP - Outline Problems

I am having a problem with one of my machines. I have a design that sews almost perfect on one machine. But when I run it on my 2nd machine the outlining comes out really thin with underlay showing. Any suggestions. I can scan sew out and show if needed. i have played with machine settings over and over again. Not sure what to do at this point. I have 200 hats due by Monday and dont want to have to do them on one machine. Thanks - Jason - AMA Embroidery

Also, I have a Hoopmates set up that I am willing to give away for FREE to anyone that wants it.

Hi Jason...if it's still available I'll take it!
Looks like it would work great for the blankets and scarfs I do-hard to line them up on the All in One.
Private message me from here and I can set up a UPS
    shipping label from my end.

    Thanks

        Jason,

Not sure if you done this or not but have you checked the bobbin tension on the 2nd machine? Have you tried turning the auto tension off to see if that helps?
No expert but just thought maybe these might help you..

        Good Luck!

Are the columns narrow in both the X-Axis (Left to right) and Y-Axis(front to back) or is it just happening in one Axis?

Try installing a hoop into the hoop arms and see if there is any place in the hoop when you move it left to right and front to back.

It may be the hoop arm stops needing to be adjusted.

If that feels ok your Y belts or X cable tension may need to be adjusted.
