  • Continues to sew monogram again and again

    Hi

We have a random issue that we have not been able to figure out. The machine sews the three letter monogram, then when it should stop it moved up about one inch and starts sewing the monogram again.

BTW this only happens on high dollar items or items that a customer brings and we can not replace. It knows.

i believe this is a known issue. Have you cantacted Melco Tech. I think, if I'm not mistaken, there is a fix for this.

          Steve,
If my memory serves me right, one potential cause was a software bug that only affected a few machines running with AOS version 7.00.056.
Contact Melco for the patch or you can install an earlier or later version.
          What version are you running?

            STEVE,

I had some customers that had the same issue. Call Melco and get the latest ver of OS(7.00.115). The problem was fixed in that ver. It had to do with some(not all) designs that were in DST.format.
