Can someone help clarify for me the 2 greases?

My understanding was the multi-purpose is for metal to plastic and metal to metal.

The emb polymer is for plastic to plastic.

If this is correct then why on greasing metal hubs of the yellow feed rollers which fit into plastic hubs does the 4M matainance say to use emb polymer?

The emb polymer is always used on anything plastic regardless if it's plastic against metal.
