Hmmm. I didn't catch that.
Well, this can definitely assist with troubleshooting. You can load the same design to two machines and systematically swap things like the hooped garment, bobbin case (with bobbin) and thread spool from one machine to another to see if the problem either goes away or changes machines. After that, I believe Hugo's correct in that it's probably a machine issue.

Oh oh, I see the problem here...one of his machines overheard him talking sweetthings to the other...ah, the jealous mind can cause so much trouble!
Time to dust and clean and smooch up to the troublemaker...LOL...

Ed - I have two XTs. I didn't say Daniel did. Hope I didn't confuse the situation.

I just remember when I started out, some days Machine #1 would be the good cop and other days machine #2 would play nice. It came down to hooping, needle alignment, and all the other stuff that they teach you in training.

No prob.
I'm just trying to get our boy Daniel up and running again.
I go out on the road for several days at a time and come home to find 50 million e-mails I try to read in 5 minutes. I figured I missed something along the way.

hey guys thanks for everything. I ran the other designs on my other xt's it was fine. the tech stayed today for 9 hours troubleshooting the problem. He concluded the rotary hook timing was a little off, he ran the design on manual and it didn't break so he said it was a software issue. so i fired up my laptop and the bum xt is back... for now . i hope its permanently fixed. he also mentioned that the e stop was a bad button to press on a hourly basis, which i have been doing with that machine. i dont know i hope its all working now. But ill let you know tomorrow when i go to sew out the rest of my bags.

the threads broke again.. its incredible. It breaks on auto so i switch it to manual its fine for 10 minutes, it breaks, than i go to auto its ok for 10 minutes the threads break again. I seriously believe that the tech doesn't know whats wrong. I think it has something to do with the actifeed, or something like that.
