Is this Kurt?

I have had Rod come down and take care of my 4 and let me tell you he does a great Job!
If you can talk to him and work around other service calls sometimes he can split travel time with others and make it less expensive. unless you are still under warranty then I guess you wouldn't care about that too much. I split time with Tara over in Klamath and besides myself Aaron has 3 over in Medford, so you may check with us all when your ready. There was a guy Gary Rose over in Florence, that does melco Service. But when he came to do the installs on mine 5 years ago he didn't have enough experience with the Amayas so he wasn't doing the Tech work for them anymore. That may have changed though, I can probably dig up his phone number somewhere if you need it, Super nice guy though as are Rod and Sharon springer. Really great people.
Call if I can ever share any info or experience with ya!

Ron,

I have 6 AMAYA's. Your gonna scare my friends at Melco and Ill be getting calls wondering why I sold 3

As far as Oregon Service my friend Sharon in Central Point was needing some work done to her machine unless its already been handled but if Rod's making a trip this way should maybe see if Sharon or anyone else around here needs anything.

Rod did a great job on my Amayas here in Portland, they have never run better but I know he is really busy.

You could also contact Robert Wood at amayatek.aol.com. Rob is a Melco Tech, a digitizer and an owner of an embroidery store, THE GRAPHIC DESIGNER. He sent me a "how to" video when I had a problem and he couldn't come to my place.
Good Luck!
