Failed to sychronize start

I now in the middle of my job got this error. "Cluster 1, Head one, Failed to synchronize start"
I cannot find in the manual anywhere where it tells me how to get rid of this error. I appreciate anyone's help.

FYI I managed to figure out the problem doing a google search. If you hit the E stop button and turn it to the right and then turn it back on...it erases the error.
