private message was not for me

I just got a private message notification that was an emergency cry for help from Rozembroidery regarding a color change index error but when I tried to reply I got a message on the board saying the message was not for me. I hope someone helps her get her problem resolved. This is a bad time to be having any type problem! Merry Christmas to all!!!! Debbie in Indiana

I also got one. If you are having problems, you are best off posting to message board instead of sending 200 private messages.
I do not even have an Amaya so I have no clue how to fix the issue.
