  • Help! Any Techs PLEASE!

I have a major problem(I think). The grabber bar on my big red is in the back position and won't move. I can't change needles move or move anything. Please can someone contact me. I am new to all this and I bought my machine used, so I can't call Melco support for help.If you think you can help me please call.

    Thanks, Jennifer 541-212-1303 or 541-212-3627
I am in Nyssa, Oregon Mountain Standard Time

Try pushing the Emergency Stop button in and turn to the right to see if helps. Then I would reboot the system. Once your PC reboots, wait 3 minutes before turning on the OS program, then turn on the Amaya. This should unfreeze it.

      Jennifer,
The obvious question is, have you already tried depressing the red emergency stop button and then turning it to turn it back on?

2nd, try resetting the design in OS (under the command tab there's a Reset Design). Then click the center hoop and center design again to see if that works. It has for me in the past.

If that doesn't work, turn the machine off, then close OS (and DS if open) and re-boot your computer. Note, always start OS and have a complete gray screen in it before turning the AMAYA on and when shutting down turn AMAYA off first then close the software and shut down the computer.

      Hope it helps,
      Sue Schroeder

            Juliet:

Hit the red stop button and then turn it back on. This should help you...

            Good Luck!
