  • Slim Line Frames

I was experiencing some issues with the Slim Line Frames rubbing against the needle plate/arm. I received the directions to attach the slimline, use the Emergency Stop and push the frame back until the front of the frame was resting on the needle plate. So I manual pushed the bar with the support arms back to the specified position, made the adjustments, moved it back up and let out the Emergency Stop. BUT now I'm getting an error message that it is an Invalid Cluster. Can anyone please shed light on what step I've missed or done wrong that the machine is not being recognized now?
    thank you,
    Natalie

Did you take the machine out of emergency stop mode? If not, turn your red knob to the right and make sure the machine is back on. If it's not turned back on it cannot communicate with you computer.
    Are you for Scuba?
