Thanks again to everyone for your help. I have the thread breakage problem resolved. The absolute last thing I would have thought it was: Too HIGH STITCH DENSITY. Went from 3.7 to 5 and all sewed well. Yes, it would seem easier and quicker to call a tech and have him come fix things - but first, my business is very small and second, I am out of town very frequently to take care of my daughter who is battling Luekemia. The $200 is better spent elsewhere at this time. Luckily, I have some very loyal and understanding customers...so until things are better, I'll keep trying to fix the things that I can and thank the Lord for this group who helps me with those things with my Amaya that I just don't understand.
