I apologize for starting a new topic--this has probably already been covered, but I don't have time to read through the archives.
When the machine first starts to sew and it is going fairly slow, it looks like the bobbin is not catching the top thread and therefore the top thread is loose. It will sew a little bit okay, but it seems to me that when it changes direction I get a mess on top and either a complete thread break or fray. It happens all the time, even when I slow the machine way down.
What can I check?
