When I adjust the pressure foot, I don't see any movement. It was working fine until yesterday. Any ideas would be welcome. Thanks.

Good morning...do you mean no vertical movement up or down
    off the material?
Did you start at the adjustment/centering 'head down' position as though you were checking the needle placement? This is a good way to 'see' movement because there is nothing in the way-center the needle, then turn the pressure foot dial all the way up, then all the way down. There really isn't much movement-I don't even think a quarter inch total. But if there is no movement here,it's time for a tech! If you do see movement here but not when you are adjusting it with something in the hoop-it may just be time for new glasses. No kidding-I had to have 'lens replacement' surgery this summer my eyes got so bad and it made a huge difference. I couldn't see any movement at all when I was trying to set things. Also, never adjust the dial while sewing-have it 'stopped' to adjust it.

I hope it's fixed soon. Maybe Luke broke it?

As Roland mentioned, the only way to "see" the movement of the presser foot while adjusting it is to go into "Maintanance" , " Head Timing", and click on "Bottom Center". This puts the presser foot cam in the right position for the presser foot cam follower to then be adjusted for height.

If there is no movement after performing the above sequence, then the presser foot cam follower may possibly be broken and a tech call would be in order.....

We performed the 100 million maintenance for the pressure foot cam lubrication and it is moving like before. We haven't stitched anything out yet. We are going to try another cap. Thank you for your help!

I tried to stitch a cap and my needle broke. The small raised piece of the needle plate popped up. Why?
