Amaya oil

This is going to sound like a really dumb question, but how do you get the oil out of the tube? (Supplied with the Amaya) I followed the directions that came with it and nothing will come out, and I tried a straight pin in case there was something that needed to be piereced and still no luck.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Get a regular candle and hold it at the tip for a few seconds until it burns off the wax and allow for the oil to flow out.

I had to ream it out with a straightened out paper clip and run it under hot water.
