rotary hook trouble

Hi All

Need help from this wonderful group. Got the z axis error and found some mesh material stuck in the rotary hook. Any ideas how to get it out without cutting the mesh all up?

Took the needle out and was able to wiggle fabric out.

Another thing you can do is go to the maintenance menu and in there you are able to rotate the hook 1 or 10 degrees at a time to slowly move it around as you pull material out.

You can also hit the e-stop or turn off the machine and reach up in the middle of the arm and grab the round shaft and manually turn it to rotate the hook. I have gotten quite a few bags and ladies shirt sleeves cause in the hook before. Its rate that it doesn't ruin the shirts but the bags usually come out ok.
