You talked me right through the issue, (needle centering) I was having with the Bravo. I am so totally amazed that you spent well over 2 hours to assist me, much less on a Saturday! Thanks to you, my machine is now running and I can complete my job on time. I never dreamed anyone would be available on a Saturday to help. My thanks also to the makers of this discussion board, so much technical help and information available to us 24-7. Thanks Hugo!

Hugo has done the same for me! I'm so grateful for his willingness to help out, basically on his own time. I feel like I can ask him anything and he always answers in a way that doesn't make me feel like I'm a bother or an idiot. We ar very lucky indeed! Glad you are up and running again!
