  • Service Technician in the Portland Oregon area

Does anyone know of a certified Melco technician in the Portland Oregon area.
My machines, both of them, make a loud grinding noise when doing a wider satin stitch. I slow the machine way down and that helps but there must be something wrong.
    Any help is appreciated.
    Thanks,

Hmmm. Not sure why it duplicated my post.
Maybe John is feeding the server too much alcohol

          Pam,

I do provide service to folks in the Portland and I-5 corridor. I would be happy to set up an appointment to service your machines for you.. Thanks Steve.

Rod will be worth every penny. He has been servicing these machines from the getgo and really knows his stuff, plus he contributes tons of time to helping folks on this site.

Rod, I may be contacting you shortly. I am leaving for vacation and when I get back end of month, I will call and see what your service is. Thank you Steve and Mama Kass for the recommendations.
