  • Clean sharp text

    Hello,
Can anyone give me some basic tips on how to clean up and sharpen fonts and text? Especially in the areas of pull comp, density, underlay, etc. Anytime I get into text that is under 3/4" it seems that my edges get uneven don't have a crisp look. I primarily am using the embroidery text that comes with Design shop lite. Machine is a Bravo, using Madeira 40 poly. I check the code sheets, and all are within specs given. I could attach some .JPGs if someone could let me know how.
    Thanks

I sometimes get the same kind of results. One option I double-check is whether or not the text is set as Fill or Satin. That has bitten me a couple of times if I recall correctly.

If you want I will take a look at your JPGs and see if I can give you some help.

What is the material you are sewing on? you might consider using solvy or aqua eze. check your underlay and your backing.
