Just wondering if anyone has gotten the stat reports for stitch counts, jobs sewn, etc. in the new OS version 10 to work? I tried going into the actual folder for OS and changed the default of 1 day to 30 days in the "purge records", but this did not help this time 
I've contacted the Melco techs twice, but no response. Hoping this means they are trying to figure this out and come up with a solution, but I know in version 9 when I asked, I was told it was not a priority and never did get a solution, however, I did get an answer at least. My company is very interested in this again and the former earlier version 7 it worked beautifully. Very easy to keep records with it. Any input on this will be appreciated. Thx.
