thread popping up after trim

What does it mean when your upper thread pops up and comes loose after machine trims? Thank you in advance!

If you can't get the posting I listed to load for some reason, look at "thread jumping out at trim" posted March 12, 2012 under "Machines and Hardware."

ok so I'm going to post what I've learned from the help of several people that private messaged me, just in case someone has this problem in the future!! I did not have my material thickness set high enough, 10 seems to be working well. My lower limit was also too low. 6 is working for these flex fit caps!!
